Misplace your ATM or Debit Card?

Freeze it by logging in to your home banking account or your AAEC Anywhere Mobile App. Select your account, “Freeze/Unfreeze” is an option at the top of your screen. If you locate your card, you can unfreeze it in the same manner and continue using it.

If you suspect an error or fraud, call the credit union or the fraud department at (800) 523-4175 to report it immediately.

Lost or stolen VISA Credit Card?

  • Call (800) 322-8472 to report or you suspect fraud on your card.

  • If you authorized a purchase and the amount is incorrect or you were billed for additional items/services, please contact the vendor to request a refund.


Travel

Have a trip coming up?

  • Using a debit/credit card outside of your home area may trigger a fraud alert.

  • Make sure to give us a heads up prior to your travel, and we can make a note of your dates and locations.

  • While we do our best to make sure everything is smooth, the fraud department may still want to confirm transactions with you to keep your accounts safe. Make sure you verify with them if they do reach out.
